Jordan Whittenburg began his real estate education in 2004 with Prudential California Realty at age 19. With the choice to immediately begin his real estate career or finish college, he ultimately decided to continue school to complete his degree and pursue his basketball career.
Whittenburg received a scholarship to play basketball at Northwest Christian University in Eugene, Oregon, where he was an All-Conference shooting guard and graduated with a degree in Communications. Upon graduation, he was offered a coaching position with the NCU men's basketball program and discovered a passion for helping others succeed as a coach. He went on to earn a master's degree in Exercise Science and worked in the education field for over 10 years as a physical education instructor and college basketball coach throughout California and Oregon.
With certain restrictions in place limiting in-person coaching and teaching, Whittenburg pivoted back to real estate and joined the brokerage at Epic Realty in 2020. He partnered with one of his longtime friends, Brandon Wood, who is also one of the top-producing agents at the firm. Now a proud resident of Boise, Whittenburg has made himself an expert in the Treasure Valley area and has shifted his focus to educating others in the process of home ownership. He is surrounded by an experienced team dedicated to helping families find their homes in and around Boise while simplifying the process of buying, selling, or investing in real estate from start to finish.
